Reportedly there's roughly 12 minutes of deleted content.

>A brief conversation between Captain America and Black Panther as they're being escorted to the Berlin operations center.

>A brief conversation between Black Widow and Black Panther at the Berlin operations center.

>Several brief moments between Captain America and Bucky throughout the movie, particularly on the Quinjet flight to Siberia and their infiltration on the abandoned HYDRA outpost.

And an extended version of the airport battle, including

>Longer Captain America VS. Black Panther, with Black Panther tearing Captain America's shield away.

>Longer Ant-Man VS, Black Widow, with Black Widow gaining the upper hand in their fight.

>Black Widow ambushing Captain America atop a rig after Ant-Man blows up the tanker truck. She steals his shield and attempts to wrestle him into submission. Captain America asks if she brought her gear along and when she confirms she did, he throws her off the rig, and she grapples to safety. They exchange looks before Captain America retrieves his shield and leaves to rendzevous with his team.

>War Machine grabbing the shield as it is rolling away, only to be intercepted by Bucky, who retrieves it and throws it at War Machine's chest, knocking him back. Falcon then swoops in, grabs the shield and returns it to Captain America.

>Black Widow climbing a tipped bus and watching explosions envelop the airport, realizing that the battle is escalating out of control.

>More humorous comments by Spider-Man and Ant-Man.

none of that sounds that exiting to be honest

Those weren't all deleted. A few of them were just not shot because they changed the script.

That Widow vs. Cap is in a Youtube channel in crude animation/drawings.

Rejected concepts from the pre-production stages.

>Early drafts centered in Captain America and Falcon searching for the Winter Soldier, who had been framed by Baron Zemo. The idea of adapting the "Civil War" storyline came later, as Kevin Feige felt it'd make for a stronger movie.

>In early drafts, Hawkeye is part of the New Avengers and is present when Bucky is captured in Bucharest and transported to Berlin. He attempts to reach out to Bucky due to his experience with being brainwashed, but Bucky lies about not remembering the people he's killed.

>In early drafts, Steve Rogers and Tony Stark have more debates about the Accords, with Stark accusing Rogers of hypocrisy, presenting himself as a symbol of the United States but refusing to subscribe to its demands, and Rogers pointing out the hypocrisy of Stark's anti-establishment behavior before the guilt for creating Ultron consumed him.

>Pepper Potts appearing. Scrapped because Gwyneth Paltrow's contract had expired and had to be renegotiated.

>Nick Fury appearing. Scrapped because he's like a father to the Avengers and would bring unwanted stability to the conflict.

>Bruce Banner appearing in an after-credits scene revealing his whereabouts after AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON. Scrapped due to THOR: RAGNAROK.

>Extended sequence of Ant-Man's life in San Francisco that was written before ANT-MAN was released and cut when it didn't fit with what the movie had established.

>Early into production, Ant-Man was included on Iron Man's team before the writers learned of the character's feud with Tony Stark.

>The Wasp being included on Captain America's team. Scrapped as it was preferable she was introduced and developed in ANT-MAN & THE WASP.

>Captain America adding a scalemail mesh to his suit after it sustains damage during the airport battle.

>Bucky clean-shaven and with short hair, to distance himself from his appearance as the Winter Soldier.

>Zemo with his trademark purple mask and sword.

Spider-Man.

>Spider-Man in a larger role. When negotiations with Sony initially fell through, he was replaced by Black Panther, who would originally only appear as Prince T'Challa, supporting the Accords at behest of Wakanda. Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures later reached a deal and Spider-Man was reinserted in the narrative, although Black Panther's expanded role was maintained.

>In early drafts, Spider-Man had organic webshooters.

>There were 17 proposed variations of the Spider-Man uniform, including a version of the black suit.

>Logan Lerman and Dylan O'Brien were Sony Pictures' top choices for the role before Marvel Studios decided to cast a young unknown.

>Tom Holland, Asa Butterfield, Charlie Rowe, Judah Lewis, Matthew Lintz and Charlie Plummer were reportedly the frontrunners to the role after numerous auditions. Butterfield was favored, but allegedly lost the role after disclosing details about it and due to his height in relation to Robert Downey Jr. The role ultimately was between Holland and Rowe.

The movie called "The Winter Soldier" wasn't about the Winter Soldier. Why would this be?

Thanks OP.

Captain America was the Winter Soldier.

>A "Winter Soldier" is a soldier that continues to fight even when conditions are most adverse and he's been disowned by his comrades and commanders.

I can't tell if you are setting up an answer to your own question, but the titular "Winter Soldier" is Cap more so than Bucky.

It's an expression about a Soldier that fights through the worst conditions.

It's funny that Marvelfags are the most snide yet the most defensive of all people here. No wonder they're trying to pander to SJWs so much.

"X-MEN: APOCALYPSE" DELETED SCENES

>Extended version of Magneto singing to his daughter Nina in Poland.

>Extended version of Magneto's family's death in which he sings to Nina once again as he craddles her corpse.

>Jubilee giving a tour through the X-Mansion to an arriving Nightcrawler.

>Professor X teaching both Cyclops and Jean to control their powers, instructing Cyclops to open his eyes and guiding Jean in telekinetically containing his optic blasts.

>Apocalypse seducing Psylocke to his side by offering her a new family and purpose to replace the ones that Humanity has taken from her in the past.

>Jean, Cyclops, Nightcrawler and Jubilee going to the mall after watching "Return of the Jedi". Nightcrawler is awed that people don't fear them and thinks that the mall is a paradise. The kids go to the food court, where Nightcrawler gets a brain freeze from his first milk-shake; to a record store, where Cyclops and Jean pick up a new album by mutant singer Dazzler; and to the arcade, where Jubilee accidentally destroys one of the machines with her powers and has to playfully evade the security guards using gymnastics.

>An emotional farewell between Cyclops and Havok.

>Longer final battle.

Rejected concepts from the pre-production stages.

>In early drafts, Wolverine was recruited to be the young X-Men's drill sergeant and field leader and had a sizeable role, but this was scrapped to give Mystique more prominence.

>In early drafts, Xavier would be kidnapped by Apocalypse, who'd use his psychic powers to prepare the world for domination. This would effectively make Xavier the fourth Horseman, with Magneto, Storm and Angel as Apocalypse's other enforcers. Bryan Singer eventually felt the concept was not coming across and added Psylocke as a last-minute "official" fourth Horseman.

>Although the Weapon X segment was always part of the script, Wolverine's breakout was added in post-production reshoots.

>The ending of "X-Men: Days of Future Past" with Mystique rescuing Wolverine from Weapon X was added in reshoots based on notes from test-screenings. Singer effectively ignored, rationalizing that although Mystique let Wolverine go at that particular occasion in 1973, he was eventually captured in the ten year gap between the two movies.

>Taron Egerton was offered the role of Cyclops, but declined. Jamie Blackley, Charlie Rowe, Timothee Chalamet and Ben Hardy auditioned before Tye Sheridan was cast. Hardy was later cast as Archangel.

>Chloe Moretz, Hailee Steinfeld and Elle Fanning auditioned for the role of Jean Grey before Sophie Turner was cast.

>Amber Stevens and Zendaya Coleman auditioned for Storm before Alexandra Shipp was cast.

>Tom Hardy and Idris Elba were approached to play Apocalypse before Oscar Isaac was cast.

>Olivia Munn was originally offered the role of Vanessa Carslyle in "Deadpool", but declined in favor of playing Psylocke.
