Happy to see they're trying to retain the original's humor. Since it's on adult swim, though, I do expect their to be some violence or content not normally allowed. Probably something in line with Korgath.
I think the joke passed around is that Jack's going to slice into a minion in slow motion, and get sprayed with all their blood. He's going to looked surprised afterward and comment on how they're normally robots.

No need to be rude to the guy. It's understandable. Having a sudden forced voice change on such a character in such an extreme way is a tad daunting. And he said only a part of him felt like this.
I remember getting irked a little by the new Iroh voice too, but it got better. I.E. he sounded great when he returned in Korra, I think.
It's been 15~ years. There's gotta be some voice actors that can pull of copying a beloved/famous character's voice.
