Basically, everything started when Yale Stewart ran a fundraiser for the family of a shooting that occurred between the police and a black kid, resulting in the latter's death, which consisted of "donate money and get a free wallpaper of Hal Jordan and John Stewart with a tagline about unity in dark times". Ulises Farinas, who claims to be a proud person of color despite barely looking like a white guy with a tan, "took offense" to the whole thing and ran an online campaign to drag Yale through the mud claiming he was illegally selling DC's characters for profit and even tried to sic the company on him.
When that didn't work out, Farina's buddies over at ComicsAlliance, chiefly Kate Leth, started going on about how he sent unsolicited nude photos of himself to two girls whom he'd been having sexual relations at the time - TWO YEARS AGO. Apparently, Leth had somehow gotten hold of said picture and proceeded to spread it among her friends and co-workers as bragging online that it was an "in-office joke", then told everyone that Yale had sent it to everyone himself and claimed suddenly that the girls he'd sent them to back in the day were extremely uncomfortable that he sent them in the first place because they didn't explicitly ask for them at the time, which Leth and company described as tantamount to being raped in their internet hugbox.
Eventually, death threats were made over the phone against Yale and his family, leading him to make a public statement on his site, which Kate scoffs about saying he's just trying to get pity and that he was the one making threats. Rumors continued to circulate about these elusive dick pictures and none of the supposed victims would come forth, according to Leth, for fear of violence from Yale. Funnily, when asked for proof of any wrongdoing on Yale's part, Leth would go into a tizzy of rants about how proof shouldn't be needed to condemn him as a rapist.
