Oh shit, reviews are out? Looking good. Me and my mates were planning to see it day 1, Nemo was a big part of our childhood.

Just how can it be reviewed when it hasn't come out yet? Or has it?
Also, a big sjw name behind it with a rather large following.

Is it not good or something?
Pixar was bound to break their slump eventually.

>Nostalgia Pandering
It's called a sequel, anon. They've been pretty standard in movie history for a while now.

It premiered two days ago at El Capitan theatre.
this is very common
So common, it's pretty much every popular movie.
It'll drop to the mid 8.~ in a week or so, then probably settle around an 8 or high 7 in a few months.

Finding Nemo was eh, 7/10, middle tier as far as Pixar stuff goes. I wasn't even aware it had fans. Who thought that shit needed a sequel I can't fucking imagine. And not just a useless sequel, but a rehash of the same story.
The only good thing to look forward to is that the ocean will probably look great in 3D.
I used to think that Pixar gave a shit about making something good and not just making money. But this, Monsters U, Toy Story 4 and Cars fucking 3 tells us otherwise. The one thing people actually ASKED to see the continuation of since it was pretty much an origin story, they took 15 years to make. 2019 can't come soon enough.
