I'm pretty sure this happened with Beetlejuice. The animators drew a pic of her fingering the main girl and they thought it was hilarious, so they made BJ's nails red in the show to reference it.
There's an urban legend that some Disney animators made a porno of Mickey and Minnie as a joke. Walt laughed then fired them.

Look, animators are artists, and artists are human. They draw porn. Whether it's an idly doodled dongle or a majestic mammary, they draw it. And then they look at it, chuckle, and burn the evidence because if Dreamworks caught you overstating the dragon warrior's endowments, you'd be out the door so fast your head would spin.
