Hmm. Id use a smoker and put their dead body in it with some red solar emitting things so the flesh is sapped of its kryptonian strength.
The bid slow cook them over cherrywood and hickory chips until mmm meat falls right off their kryptonian bones.
After that id make some asian style slaw and a honey mustard sauce. Then id make pulled kryptonian sandwiches by serving a good helping of kryptonian meat that's been fork tender smoked on a hawaiian roll with a bit of the honey mustard sauce on top then a scoop of slaw on top of that.
Maybe fries on the side and a nice spinache salad with mushrooms and a little fresh grated parmsiagno regiano in there.
