Batman is one of those few characters who really should have a constantly changing costume. His technology evolves, his techniques adapt, he MUST change how he operates continuously or his enemies will start to be able to predict him. He's not a highly visible symbol like Superman, he doesn't need to have a consistent look.

Very little. The yellow belt's enough for me, but I kinda like the new Rebirth Bat-symbol too. Never liked the ellipse symbol, but the new one's pretty neat. The new suit pretty much has all the thing I want from a Bat-suit, of course it's not perfect, but it generally has the things and colors I want.
Also on a side note, I really dig the purple gloves from Zero Year. And I'm glad they decided to use the color again in the cape.
