In DKR, the few moments when we're allowed to see his thoughts are used to humanize him-- if only a little bit. In ASBAR the only moment we get to see what he's thinking, he's spewing some stupid meaningless bullshit about Gotham being a whore

I think I'd be interesting if he wanted to get one big elaborate tattoo, but because of his instability and impatience, gets different artists to do different parts of the overall image.
