...? This was like 5 years ago man, things were a little different back then. The album came out right after Cascade, but before we first saw Jane. Nobody had any idea where Hussie was going to take the story, threads were non stop speculation.
Then this album comes out, and every song has a very clear inspiration...except for Ocean Stars Falling, which was this out of nowhere beautiful squiddle thing, and the art was some unknown girl, maybe a Heart player. Of course we talked about it.

I can understand the parallel, in so much as both took away much from an interesting concept in a story that didn't exactly need a fully explanation, the force and death in sburb respectively. He did. He got most of his money back from TOG. He could have gotten it all back, but he didn't want to get embroiled in a court case when they had already cost him so much time. Chasing around TOG trying to figure out what they were doing was a big part of what Hussie was doing during the Gigapause.
As for scrapping the 3D artstyle, well, it happens. Go look up what happened during the production of Tangled, there's a reason that movie cost so much to make. Honestly, 2D fits the game way, way better than 3D, so it'll probably be a good thing in the long run.

Hilariously, I'm a Taurus, and ever since Tavros was introduced I've been increasingly aggravated at how much we have in common. I always tried to play that off as actually liking the Summoner though. I guess I'm mostly just frustrated by how much wasted potential Tavros had, I sympathized a lot with HB.

this test works by taking these genres of stories and trying to see what aspects are most important to that type of story. each one of these genres has a major aspect to it, and several minor ones. the major one gives two points, minor ones give one point and after chosing three i tally up the points. if two are tied for first, then i see which aspects opposite has more points. the problem is im not some lit major, just a fuck who can like making up stuff. i tried matching what sort of stories all the characters of a certain aspect like with a genre, and then when i couldnt (what the fuck would dave, caliborn, aradia and damara collectively like?) i just picked whatever might match what that aspect means, and thus storytelling for time, i know its not a real genre, im not that autistic
the idea is even if the aspect isnt a perfect match to your psyche, the quest you get will be something you'd enjoy engaging in

learn how to draw simple forms like spheres, cubes and stuff
then practice humans, learn about how to draw gesture and see the gesture in everyday poses.
learn color theory, start coloring things with simple shading and move up from there until you learn about directional lighting and how to shade with colors. practice every day if you can, make sure to draw for fun though.
find a community of artists of varying levels and make some friends, show them your art and ask for critique
