I think that's probably the reason they won't, there's nothing to contrast with. Which is why Age of the Sentry might be cool, as it's more Silver Age and hokey. Its pretty much a soft waifu book. It's not really all that great but it's okay. The writer has some creative control over what Marvel does with her and that helps the character remain pretty consistent across the board.
It'll probably get a TV show eventually on like Freeform. It's more cut out for than then it is a movie. It's not really much of a hero vs villain capebook.

Most of todays current heroes is from the 70's at most, with a couple of them from the 90's, and the comic writers are too shit to trust.
I really liked the powerset from Cloud Nine from the Lego game, even though I'd never heard of her. She is an airbender that can ride on a cloud and wears aviator goggles and a leather jacket. If her stories suck, make her have an interesting story and personality and put her in an ensemble movie or something.
