Definitely, imo, if Huey gradually learned how not to be a cynical asshole to her and if Jazmine was smarter.
But Huey is literally contractually obligated to be a cynical asshole.
She would have to lose a bit of her naivete, and Huey would have to loosen up a bit.
This is really more for the cartoon versions, as comic Huey doesn't respect or trust people that don't believe what he does.
Not to mention Jasmine's ambivalence toward her racial heritage irks him to no end.

Aethestically they would've been a cute couple, but they have nothing in common. If they're so different now, just imagine how far apart adolescence would take them.
