with Hellboy over, are there any other comics about a paranormal investigator in the same style as Hellboy?
I tried the Witchfinder spinoff stuff but thought it was just okay.
BPRD was really good but then sort of got a bug up its ass for the end of the world.
I like the new Hellboy/BPRD set in the past, the main asian lady looks like Joan Chen from Twin Peaks in her prime, and yowza she's cute.
Anything else I might like?

This is a lot to sort though, I already read Witchfinder and didn't care for it.
Mythic was good but the characters were bland.

Nocturnals is a hard bird to nail down. It plays it straight for the most part. It's like if The Nightmare Before Christmas had a kid with a Humphrey Bogart movie and that kid had a kid with Clint Eastwood's and John Carpenter's kid.

Check out Wormwood. Just pirate the first issue. It'll give you enough of a taste to see if you like it. It's got a good, kinda twisted sense of humor and plenty of paranormal shit. I like it anyway.
