A lot of people are saying it's getting eviscerated on RT, but while 48% isn't a great score by any means, it's about as good as can be expected for a movie based around a one-track villain like Apocalypse.
For comparison, it's a sight better than the 26% that Green Lantern got.

That entire sequence was the Nukes is probably the most memorable of the movie.
