Is it honestly more worth it to go to Disney World over Disney Land?

Disney World is essentially a small tourist nation, and all that entails, almost independent Florida itself. Even the hotels surrounding the property not associated with the company lease the land from them so it's even bigger than you might imagine. It's both amazing and terrifying.

Tower of Terror. That's it, imo. Unless it's undergoing remodeling or has already changed into a Guardians of the Galaxy ride.

I kinda have had a soft spot for the gimmicky dine in theater restaurant since I was a kid, but I wouldn't really recommend the food there except for the milk shakes.

Toy Story tends to have an average of over a hundred minutes of waiting time so make sure that you fast passed for that.

Star Tours is awesome but you have to go on a shitload of times to get the best ride of Hoth/unfinished Death Star. I've gone like 10 times and gotten fucking pod racing in like 7 of them.
