Not true; that was actually really old concept art for the character that predates the existence of Wander as a character and series. Craig realized he was the perfect nemesis for Wander when developing the show, and threw him into the cast after aging him up.

the tim episode felt kinda dull and there was something i didn't like about the hunterMaybe The Heebie Jeebies would've been spookier if they would have done more with the design than just putting the old black and white filter on them and have their face be big spoopy-tier smiles.
