Not really. Giving them too much of a presence is dangerous. I'm happy with what we've had. I mean they've been a presence in 5 movies, 6 if you want to count the reveal AIM is just an offshoot.

Why would I be disappointed in something that's comic accurate?
Hydra has major impact in Cap stories and a decent, albeit small by comparison, impact in non-Cap stories. Just like the comics.
