My observation is that these threads are most likely to die in their early stages, and that once a thread has about fifteen or so images, it's probably good. The more people have their stuff on here, the more people who want feedback and are willing to keep it alive.

Well it's best to hear that hear that now and not later. You've further solidified my belief that I'm at a level where the average non-artist (i.e. my older bro) would find my stuff at the very least passable, while anyone actually involved in visual art sees it as undisciplined garbage.
The pencil tutorial looks nice. Right now I'm about 60 or so pages into Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain and occasionally working with the figure-drawing tool on pixelovely. Is continuing like that sufficient for now?

im trying to draw a scene for a comic where a bunch of characters fell from the sky and most of them land on each other, forming a pile of people
so i would like some tips on how to organize it, i just try to look at references like this but the number of people isn't the same
what im trying to draw has 9 characters and the last one falls safely on top of everyone
I think it looks okay, been awhile since I drew something stylized. The Life Drawing classes were really helping me this semester around!

well I'd imagine realistically when people fall from the sky they end up more dispersed, but based on your description it sounds like you're going for something more comedic.
In that case, I'd say just go full ham, have fun and don't overthink it. Maybe you want to outline the shape of the "pile" you're going for, and fill in the rest to adhere to that shape.
