No, it's cool, Ollie decided it's totally okay to kill a dude sometimes. He just has to nuke a town first. Only nukes, though. You have to have at least a five-figure body count before you're eligible for murdering. That's why Malcolm's still alive, he just hasn't killed enough people yet. Bringing back Tommy and setting him up to be the new top villain would actually be semi-interesting. Between his own death, Laurel's sleeping with Oliver, then dying, and finding out that Thea is his half-sister, he would have legitimate, interesting tragic drama to work with. The man who lost everything because nobody in his life would tell him the truth.
Which is why this is going to turn out to be Komodo. Or someone completely new, who will basically be S1 Oliver without friends, which leads him down the path of darkness and murder, allowing plenty of heartwarming moments back in the Quiver where Oliver tells Felicity how he could have been like that if not for her (and whichever teammate is in that particular episode).

Arrow writers were originally gonna do Onomatopoeia in either Season 1 or Season 2 but after learning about Kevin Smith's comment of Onomatopoeia being unadaptable to live screen in an interview, the writers decided to drop it
But when Kevin Smith heard that Arrow writers were going to adapt him in the series but cancelled it due to his comments on an unrelated interview he admitted that he would have liked to see how the then Arrow writers wanted to do it

I have been with Arrow since the beginning. However, after the disappointing season three and horrible season four. I've dropped the show.
I might consider catching up with season five around December if /co/ says that it is good again.
At least I have the Flash and LOT. While they're fucked up shows. They're not as bad as Arrow.
