I want to get into daredevil comics, should i read the currently on-going series writen by Charles Soule? is it even a good idea to read that series?

Frank Miller's work on the character is probably the best cape comics ever made. His return in the late 80s in particular is the pinnacle.

Read The Man Without Fear mini by Frank Miller and then every single issue of his run. After that you can read Bendis' run, which is arguably the second best, or if you really liked the character you can read all of the volume 2 series. Lots of good stuff.

This. Nocenti is optional, but good regardless.
I'd recommend Waid's run too. It's really good, despite what edgelords want you to think.
The current ongoing is alright, but I wouldn't jump into it without being familiar with the character.
