I can guess what happens next: Tony kidnaps Ulysses, pissing off Medusa. Medusa is a queen and head of state and doesn't put up with any shit. She doesn't put up with civil rights either. she'll start tearing the US apart looking for Ulysses and prepping her vengence against Tony. Carol will work with Medusa because they're allies -- Alpha flight and the Ultimates need Inhuman support to do their jobs, plus Tony kidnapped a guy because he felt like it.
