I suggest checking out drawabox.com , to improve your lines. Check proko on youtube too. I know this all seems like too much to handle, but remember it isnt a race, and that anyone can make it if they really try. Focus on your fundamentals first, try to get a grasp on the basics, then start looking up on what you need to improve, be it on google or on /ic/, though /ic/ has a lot of shitposters. Also, critique is good. Sorry if this is badly written, I think ive had too much coffee. But really, check the /ic/ sticky, it has a lot of things. About the books, just pirate them. Get good, fag.

I'd love this show 10x more if there were male gems. I don't hate that they're all female, I try to make sense of it in a way that gems could opt to implement sexual dimorphism, but choose to "default" to female and just alter the size/strength of the body instead since males would be more likely to rebel.
