I want to save Green Arrow from the shadow of Batman so badly. He doesn't have to be such a facsimile character. Green Arrow now has a Teen Plus rating, compared to most other upcoming Rebirth titles having a Teen rating (this is going by the released full covers). One of the more notable Teen Plus comics was ALSO edited by Andy Khouri: The Omega Men.
So, in terms of violence/sex/etc, expect something a bit edgier than what we've seen out of Green Arrow recently.

I've got some issues with how he approaches the Robin Hood angle. There is nothing wrong with helping or standing up for the poor and oppressed while being rich yourself and the idea that Ollie being a billionaire clashes with his ideology and as such needs to lose his status reeks of poverty fetishism to me.
I don't really know what Percy is thinking with some of his pacing decisions. His first story had enough stuff in it for a dozen issues but instead we got three unsatisfying issues.
