Godzilla had some great episodes.
The Destroy All Monsters storyarch.
The time travel one about dragons that ate everybody.

Fillmore is where I learned cop-show tropes and is still one of the best examples of them.

The reuse of lines drove me insane. Except for NIGEL's scream. That was funny every time.
went back and watched pinky and the brain
holy shit it's better than i remember. so many gags i didn't get as a kid. not just 'adult' shit but clever shit i never pieced together, or vocabulary words that were a bit beyond me (that and i think i just had bad hearing as a kid, i could never understand lyrics)

If anything I appreciated Filmore! more as an adult.

Has aged 100% better than Animaniacs
Batman Beyond
I rewatched Hey Arnold and Weekenders last year and both still hold up.
I also did Recess but it doesn't hold up as well. It's still good, but despite a few clever moments here and there you could tell the writing was aimed squarely at kids.

Same for Hey Arnold.

Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, is every bit as funny, today, as it was fifteen years ago.

Ironically you chose a picture form the season where they started to add all the new side characters...but you know what...even they weren't that bad. MIB is a great series.
The comic though...woof...
