Truth. Really the only good parts about it are McMahon and the references to wrestling.
The actual plots are generally ones that have been done before and the humor is typically the crappy "adult" style that has grown inexplicably popular in the last ten years (children swearing as much as possible, long awkward pauses, etc.)
