I thought the human characters looked slightly older in the Mercury-animated episodes, and then way younger (because of the huge cheeks, probably) for all the rest of the season.
The promos/episodes, since they're animated by other studios than the one responsible for the latter part of season 1, might be sticking more closely to the original model sheets.

So let's discuss something that hasn't been touched on much, now that season 2 is confirmed soon and that a promo has arrived
How do you feel about the /sveg/ hiatus coming to an end aside from the excitement of finally getting a new episode?
Personally, I haven't been involved with this general directly much at all. But at the same time, it's the first /co/ general I've made active attempts to at least spend my time on. Can't help but wonder how this general's dynamic will change after it inevitably brings in a number of newcomers. I mean, I know we had the chance to shape this general for eight whole months every weekend, unlike /gfg/ or other shows on hiatus, but still. I don't mind whether the general changes one way or another, but in any case, part of me is going to miss this place once we depart for season 2.
I always wondered what /gfg/ was like in the old days but never got my chance there, but having been part of this general for so long is just so weird to me. It actually feels jarring t o realize in due time there'll be people that hang around here that don't know

It won't detect my stylus properly and whenever I try to draw a line, there'll be a delay, and sometimes when I draw in one direction, it'll detect that and then add a sharp angle going a completely different way.

Things will for sure change once we hit season 2, new running jokes will be born, new people will arrive, new fandoms and characters to make content off, its inevitable.
How much things will change is anyone's guess, I think /sveg/ wull remain a comfy and freindly genereal, I will miss the most having threads only on weekends, I think that really is what made us survive this long without going completely insane.
I think as long as most of us remain here it should be fine, I try to see it not as outright change, but as growth.
