First of all, /co/ isn't one entity.
Second of all, I, personally, hate it because it's just not my thing. It's Teen Titans, but without anything that made me actually like the Teen Titans. Which isn't a bad thing, because it's clear that it isn't trying to be the old Teen Titans, but, nevertheless, that's what I wanted. I'm already over that it won't be my thing, but I still can't stand watching a minute of it.
I'd literally only be watching this crossover for the Powerpuff Girls.

The ball is in TTG's court. nuPPG is trying to leech off of their popularity.
I'll admit this is an interesting combination. Both of these shows give zero shits about the originals, and they probably feel a sense of camaraderie from how much shit the fan bases have given them both. But TTG is upfront about it. They know they're a parody, there is a willingness to poke fun at themselves, and they never try to own TT. nuPPG thinks it's a torch bearer that improves on the original. So while I imagine Robin et al getting the brunt of the jokes, the ones that stick will be the ones directed at PPG.
