Turns out they're cousins, and were both named after the same ancestor. Black Wally will keep being Kid Flash, while OG Wally will be a second Flash.
It's basically the same situation as Pre-N52 where there were a few Flashes and a Kid Flash.

The Superman thing is pretty simple. Married Clark is the real Clark, but Convergence plucked him out of the timeline, so Manhattan had to slot a fake into his place in the universe to keep things running smoothly.
