Slightly obscure ninja character from the 80s. She made occasional appearances in the original comic series and has been a recurring minor character ever since. There's no rational explanation for how she made it as far as she did. If I had to guess then I'd guess it's because they wanted to use a character that no one would expect yet that actually was badass enough.
