Between this huge textwall and the shitty art I think these may be some of the worst comic book pages ever.
Miles has several weaknesses going for him as a character.
1) Venom Blast. It's far, far too convenient and doesn't allow for very convincing physical conflicts. The only times Miles has any real trouble is when he temporarily forgets that he has it, but then he uses it as a finisher and it all works out fine. An instant-win button is the worst possible ability you could possibly give to any combat-oriented character, unless he's meant to be a parody of some sort. This leads into
2) He's not as smart as Peter. Peter's greatest strength isn't necessarily his spider powers. It's his intelligence. More often than not his brains are what net him the win rather than his brawn. Venom Blast seems to have been created in order to make up for Miles' inferior intelligence. If Miles were to ever go up against an enemy that his strength and agility can't match up against, he simply needs to touch them and the problem's resolved. Bendis does not understand what "balance" is.
3) Why can he turn invisible?
4) He's yet to truly gather up his own rogues gallery. A hero's enemies are often just as important as the hero himself, and Miles doesn't really have a comparable cast.
5) His very presence seems to nerf other heroes, especially Peter. When Miles is around, for some reason, Peter's Spider Sense seems to inert, or he can't seem to fight as well as he normally can. This is a very cheap and obvious tactic to try and make Miles look more impressive, but when you're being this overt, it's gonna be very hard to appeal him to anyone who actually likes those other characters.
He's basically the Roman Reigns of Marvel right now.

I think Miles could still have a chance to build a solid foundation for himself if someone OTHER than Bendis were allowed to take control of him. Bendis has far too much bias to be able to do anything good with the character. He's too focused on trying to have Miles steal Peter's legacy rather than actually build his own.
