The reason humans aren't as good at simple tasks as supercomputers is that we aren't built for it. Our brain has way more processing power allocated to our social behavior and higher thinking, that enabled us to actually come up with the concept of computers in the first place.

well, it's more complicated than that. it's not like you could re-purpose the human brain to do number crunching the same way you can run different programs on a supercomputer, or even load different configurations into an FPGA.
if you were going to take advantage of human brains, you'd use them for tasks that we don't have good general-purpose algorithms for, like computer vision, long-range unstructured problem-solving, etc.
