Tony's better at MAKING money because he's started over from nothing like four times in a row now, but Bruce is better at keeping it since he actually stealth runs his company through Lucius Fox while pretending to not care.

If it was both their missions to do a corporate takeover, IDK, but I might give it to Bruce if only because of his ability to read people, and because Tony would inevitably become distracted by something.

Wayne Enterprises is a multiple venture corporation with a hand in just about everything from education to tech and everything in between. The most noted division of WE is Waynetech, the research division that comes up with all sorts of gadgets that Bruce (through publicly claiming to fund Batman) uses to fight crime, as well as gear that he contracts to law enforcement (provided he actually wins those contracts).
