Eh...it's probably heresy but I don't care that much for Dini's Zatanna. He always finds some way to write Zatanna stories that are completely underwhelming.
Honestly I'm not sure if it's his writing or just the character. In my mind, I always imagine Zee taking on cosmic magical threats like in Seven Soldiers. Yet for the most part, she seems to fight foes who are way beneath that level.
I really wish we got more Dr. Strange-style cosmic magical goodness with Zee with maybe another sidekick like Misty Kilgore.
My Bruce Timm con sketch. probably not worth the fifty bucks, as he was grumpy, and I think he just draws the same heads over and over for everyone.
