I've only read up to that crossover with Vader falling onto the rebel planet
But my opinions on the books are
Star Wars was a fun book with wacky ridiculous things happening to the main cast
Darth Vader was an alright slow burn that I would only read all at once and also the artist can't draw stormtroopers
And I hoped they would never crossover or have anything to do with each other
So I stopped reading when they crossed over
I'm kinda sad that they killed Thanoth.
As soon as we get a nice Imperial, he gets killed or rebels. Every time.
