the boat floating over the water represents making a journey from emotional distance. as water is often considered an emotional medium.
the goat represents pan or ancient pagan gods. the fact that hes creating a mushroom relates the ancient gods to psychedelic experience having some relation. the fact that hes making it implys that gods are responsible for such experiences.
the naked woman painting the tooth is a complex one. the eye is god. the tooth is a symbol of his sexuality/power. teeth are often associated with power and pedatory nature. the naked woman painting it shows that his sexuality/power complex was changed by a sexual experience with a woman, who probably looks like that.
