I defeat them by amassing my form in the sewers underneath specific bases of operation. As I fester and grow, I spawn hundreds, even thousands of hive clones all of which as individual elemental units of myself. Once ready, I flood out from the sewers and take the hapless base by surprise, overwhelming them with my numbers as their soldiers are consumed and suffocated by polluted toxic sludge.
I then retreat into the sewers before reinforcements can be called as quickly as I came.

I can drain Guitardo’s guitar of its power, nullifying the threat. To make sure I do this before he uses it in the first place, I’d use my stealth and speed skills to make myself invisible to him. This depends on me having the right environment to exploit stealth, of course. If I didn’t have that, I might use my speed to run away and try to take the fight to a place where I can hide.
Alternatively, the synergistic combination of my sword arm, Spell Blades, and Energy Drain might allow me to just nullify his guitar from afar, lessening my reliance on stealth. That would be nice.
When I’m done with him, I dunno what I’d do, aside from being a total badass. (I like my powers. Sword are cool.)

Well, this doesn't make much sense... my villian is an obscure female wrestler. Obviously, I've done something to piss her off, so I'll apologize. If that doesn't work, I'll give myself the ability to influence her so she either forgives me or forgets about me.

I'd be very careful with this... Making superheroes is a good way to fuck up the world, and since Meta Ability Creation doesn't appear to have a mechanism to remove powers, it would lead to a lot of power creep. Of course, I could just give myself the ability to remove powers... :D
I'd definitely work behind the scenes to try and make the world a better place, but I doubt I'd go the "Captain Whatever" route and wear a cape.... :)

Faith Militant from an Anime I haven't watched, seem to hate all magic types which works because of my magic lightning and shit I guess. Also I'm an atheist so that probably annoys them too.
Actually could be tough because by the sounds of it they have unlimited resources and are fanatically loyal to their cause. Sure I'm super physically able, don't age, can teleport, manipulate lightning and magical lightning, cast magical spells, fly, have an immunity to magical attacks as well as an invulnerability to mundane attacks, am super strong, can copy the abilities and powers of anyone they send after me and can balance really easily on garden fences, but if they send someone out with some kind of power negation then I'm fucked, they've got the man power to just shoot my ass.
I guess that'd mean I'd either have to stay on the move a lot, which would be pretty easy given my power set, or just go full scorched earth on them, which would be tricky as they're a world spanning shadow organization funded by the Roman Catholic Church.
I've been in a lot of fight over the years but I never start them, so I'd probably just be a helpful wandering hero until they actively tried to kill me. Then it's full electric bastard with a bone to pick.
