She'll fight the Gems tooth and nail, and then eventually inform Yellow Diamond that the Crystal Gems are alive. But then she'll mention that she fused with Lapis, because Jasper isn't as smart as Peridot who knew what information to leave out. Yellow Diamond will be pissed and make her one of the targets for the invasion; it's pretty obvious know that the Diamonds outlaw cross-gem fusing because it allows weaker gems to become stronger, throwing the whole class system into jeopardy. YD will view her (a Quartz who's already really powerful) as a threat and banish her, forcing Jasper to fight alongside the Crystal Gems to survive.
I honestly wished Lapis killed everyone back in season one at this point.
