Means nothing since every other general, now the RWBY general too, were deleted, leaving the RWBY/RT general the "fastest" by default, second largest fanbase doesn't mean much when everything else gets nipped in the bud.
In any case, everything else getting "nipped in the bud", and less than 20 people even being in this thread are why a PPG general definitly won't happen.
Even if you somehow convinced all the people who dislike the reboot to consistently stick to one thread, which is already dying down as people stop caring enough until the next big thing makes them go back to it, or you somehow convince the people who like the old show, and Z to have a general, mods would just delete it.
