Tough, since a shoot-out won't work and he's not really someone you can hang out with and earn the trust of in 4 days, also assuming he's even on earth.
I guess my best bet would be to get him drunk, then remind him of his past, as he threatens to beat me up (make sure he doesn't have a gun on him) I stab/shoot him.
