Well, I'd like to be optimistic about the epilogue, I really would. But it doesn't seem like Hussie really was planning to do one, at least not to any great extent. So I would imagine it'll be some normal updates in the same fashion as later Act 6 pages, so text dumps with the characters standing about.

The epilogue was contained within Act 7, remember? I doubt we'll get anything later than than that into the characters' lives, chronologically. No, it doesn't contain babies or ship confirmations, because Hussie is a hack and doesn't yet understand how incredibly unsatisfying and lazy "it's up to interpretation" is. Theory: Andrew Hussie Sr. is actually the genius behind MSPA, and just used his son as a younger face that was more relatable to the Internet masses. The Gigapause started when he realized he was dying, where he decided to draw as much as possible before we went. This is also why it stopped making sense and devolved to fast and loose near the end, due to his heavy medication. He ultimately never finished it, meaning our Hussie had to outsource everything for the ending, since he only has computer science skills and in reality knows nothing about art. The reason many things go unresolved is because Hussie didn't know how his dad wanted to end things, only how the kids would create the universe. He didn't want to deliberately go against his father's vision, so he left it ambiguous.
