Realizing Girder is retracing his steps from his last attack, Iris (Candice Patton) volunteers to act as bait to trap him in S.T.A.R. Labs. Meanwhile, Barry fights to return to his old life.

Legends and Flash's positions are debatable. Flash has better episodes under its belt, but Legends has its crew being consistently more entertaining. Most people on Flash now just take up space and exist for Barry to complain to. Legends' overarching plot has been terrible all season, but Flash only went completely to shit after the big reveal.
I'd say they're equal for the current season, but Flash is better than Legends if you're including Season 1 of Flash.

It's kind of off-topic, but I saw a recent interview Jonah Nolan gave to AVClub, and it had some interesting snippets about case-of-the-week vs. serial elements.
Of all things, I think this season of The Flash (and Arrow for a while, and even Legends to a degree) has really suffered from weak villains of the week. We were honestly spoiled last season: a large number of S1 villains were used again and important overall. Rogues, Hartley, Wade Eiling, Grodd... It wasn't even as if, by appearing again, they were somehow better. But rather, the writers made sure to write these things well because they planned on using those characters again.
S2 has just had so many throwaway villains: badly written, uninteresting, almost no effect on the main cast (physically or emotionally). It really destroyed our hype, even when we didn't know the extent of how shitty Zoom would be written.

Person of Interest is basically the closest thing we'll ever get to Batman (his brains and his brawn) on TV. And it's executive-produced by Jonathan Nolan, who wrote the latter two Dark Knight with his brother Chris.
IMO -- if you're in the mood for off-brand Batman (like Arrow), but want something that's actually halfway decent, you should give Person of Interest a watch.
