The whole suit is made of plotarmonium. He's pretty much covered on one big Captain America shield, so there isn't a character as of yet who's even capable of hurting him while inside. It's like flexible plate armor that makes you immune to literally everything, which is quite a bit more impressive than any of Tony's suits. Also higher tech to be able to shape vibranium like that on the first place.

- Vibranium is extremely rare. He might be able to buy some from T'Challa... assuming he didn't get some from the wreckage of Sokovia, of course
- Palladium and Iridium are real-life metals that are not very practical for powered armors; they are very hard and tough, but also very dense
- Adamantium, which is an alloy, not a metal, does not exist in the MCU. It's currently FOX property as regards movies.
Which is very strange, since the alloy first appeared in an Avengers comic, many years before Wolverine got it.
