It was one of my favs as a kid. That episode has the Metallicats and steal this robot that is self aware and is just programmed to get bigger and eventually it betrays and traps the metallicats and the turbocat and they have to work together to stop it.
I re-watched the show about 8 years ago but it didn't really hold up to how much I liked it as a kid, it's decent but not enough nostalgia for me to sit through that show ever again.

It's a show with awesome villains, somewhat neat concept and good plots but it's definitely made for kids in mind. As a 90s kids I was all over this show and was one of my favs but now without the nostalgia factor it just seems like "this is good for its time" but you won't actually want to watch it. So yeah if you didn't like it from the few episodes you watched it's probably not going to change your opinion, however the show is like 20 episodes so why not?
