How could I forget.
I had a few issues when I was a youngster. Had to have been amongst the last they published. Wish I knew what the fuck I did with them.

I would say that Punisher is usually more like a 80's action movie than Pulp.

50/50, his true roots are in men's adventure "pulps" like The Executioner and his derivatives. Hex has his roots in Italian and American Westerns, but the roots in Western pulp mags are a given.

Wouldn't say you were wrong. Just remember he debuted in the 70's before Arnie and Sly really got into the action movie thing. He definitely has got a common thread with the gun-toting heroes/anti-heroes of the Pulp era (The Shadow, The Spider...).
Lobster Johnson is the pulpiest character created on the last decades.
I am more intrigued by Pulp cartoons. Do Jonnhy Quest counts?

What the heck is Rocketeer doing? He'll rip off her arm if he launches off like that!
Nexus. It can get serious. In fact, it mostly is. But nearly every page looks like a Space Ghost poster or such.
