We know the characters and their personalities and thus find them attractive. You also exploit your affinity for a certain show which just makes fapping to it way more enjoyable because you are projecting your enjoyment of the show as well as sexual attration to the characters.
As for it being drawn, you can go into the various ideas of stylization and abstraction that accentuate certain sexual features and the freedom that comes from complete visual and narrative control, but it boils down to our affinity for /co/ material I guess.
I find some characters personalities attractive because they're very concentrated versions of a "type" of person. Also I like the medium itself to convey softness of skin, suppleness and stuff.

For me, I think a lot of it was finding rule 34 before “real people” porn. Also I grew up in a household that was really puritanical when it came to sex so the fact that the rule 34 stuff wasn’t of actual people helped me not feel guilty about it.Not that I give a shit anymore.
