Listen motherfuckers, we're two movies deep in this "extended, shared cinematic universe". It's gonna be a while before every secondary character gets to have their own movie. And we can't even get the big primary characters' movies right yet. Dick can go suck one.

There's only been fucking two, and they're both fucking pathetic in the eyes of the audience.
There are two DCEU movies out, and we're nearly a decade into the Superhero boom that Iron Man and the Dark Knight ushered in.

He hasn't really been introduced in any Batman movies. However, given that they created Gotham without Batman, they should probably do some sort of two part, two hour hour each movie where they use Batman as minimally as possible to appease the stupid suits at WB, and even this will all be back story, flash backs, etc. In fact, go ahead and shoot a bunch of extra stuff with the same actor, then let him go. When they show Bruce Wayne, always shoot him from the side, or from the back, etc. and, of course, it doesn't matter with Batman with the cowl.
But establish the Robin back story sufficiently and make the two-parter about the Teen Titans, towards the end of Dick's time there (this will also set up a Teen Titans solo series as well) till he decides to become Nightwing. The last half hour will be his first adventures as Nightwing.
