He's also gifted by Santa Claus to use his power the rest of the year, and he trained a million year in a time chamber to master vectorial speedforce.

I'm in a Mutants and Masterminds campaign where all of the characters are based on all of the autistic things we did in Middle School. Basically, all of the players are horrid OCs, based in whatever franchises we liked when we were 12-14.
My character is named Buckles the Enchilada. He's a microwave enchilada that gained sentience and powerful psychic powers after being chosen as the new guardian of the Master Emerald after Knuckles was killed. After gaining his powers he trained with the two most powerful psychics in the world, Shawn Spencer from Psych, and L from Death Note. He then became a member of the elite hacker group Anonymous, and has been involved in numerous cyber attacks on the church of Sciencetology [sic]. He moves by levitating himself, but in order to avoid suspicion he levitates clothes around himself so it just looks like he's walking. He wears a black hoodie, fingerless gloves, gloveless fingers, JNCO Jeans, combat boots, and a Gay Fox mask [sic]. He fights by levitating six katanas at the same time.

The point is that neither of the characters listed are actually psychic, both are just detectives. The jokes is basically that the hypothetical creator of the OCs misunderstood the series he's trying to represent.
