I first started noticing something since Ranger Tabes.
It was small, and it was a gag, but nonetheless Ice Bear has been shown to be much more agile and the like. When Tabes told them to freeze, he fell over. It was a gag, but it was a gag more suited for Panda or Grizz, Ice doesn't fall that that.
Rooms was decent as well but they didn't really handle the bears being their own issue very well, it felt odd.

Alright lets just chat for a second man, Loosing Ice had pretty much the worst everything, animation pretty much too, everything seemed really off. Animation in the show though is pretty good, it doesn't shine fantastically because the show doesn't need it too, really ever. You know what this show does that a lot of cartoons usually don't do? Animate gradients and the like, such as the shower curtains or the door, as it's animated, it still looks painted. Stuff like that takes more effort than just fill-coloring an object, and it's commendable and respectable.
