Cuda's most fucked up moments are literally less graphic than that in the comics since you don't see his genitals at any point, the child abuse scene is dialog-only and his flashbacks are obscured by a POV perspective.
Netflix don't give a fuck, in DD season one he saves a boy from getting sold to sex traffickers and JJ was entirely about rape.

Reminds me that we never actually saw Barracuda successfully manage to do anything especially monstrous until My War Gone By; up until then he merely talked big and killed and tortured everyone besides bit part mooks off-panel.

My favorite part of Cuda is that he's not "edgy" but instead is practically a humor characters, like dark humor. He's so fucking nonsense that it eventually comes back around from horrific and ends up being funny.
