Sure, but I would argue that Hulk is also way more durable if you ignore Superman's, you know, invulnerability. Especially with Hulk's healing factor.
And it does depend on which version of Superman we're talking about here. A toned down Superman would probably lose to modern Thor, but Silver Age Superman takes out practically any Thor.

Many of those are villains, cosmic entities, alternate versions of the same character, alternate versions of non-reality warping characters from one-shot what-if stories, or some combination of the above.
The actual number of reality warping super heroes is rather low. The only ones on that list are Jean (who's only a reality warper with the Phoenix Force) and Wanda, as far as I can seeFranklin doesn't count as a Super Hero.
