I'll forgive most/all of Percy's flaws if he can really make GA Rebirth shine.
The one thing he objectively needs to is is get better at pacing issues/storylines, so that things can end in a clean way. And I think (just like with Gene Yang's Superman), DCYou was kind of stacked against the writers to be able to do that satisfactorily. So, I still have hope.
